Alter: 64; Gast aus Fürth, Fabrikant. Wollte mit seiner Frau auf der Straße Richtung St. Christoph spazieren, kehrte aber vorzeitig um. Radfahrer fuhr die Straße hinunter und konnte nicht mehr bremsen. Stieß das Opfer nieder. Erlitt tödliche Kopfverletzung. Fahrer war Knecht im Gasthaus „Post“. Gerichtsverhandlung in Allgemeiner Tiroler Anzeiger 19.9.1925, 7 gegen Anton Gstreiner (29 Jahre): Große Schuld auch beim Opfer. Wurde nur wegen Schnellfahrens zu 10 S verurteilt.
