Alter: 30; War mit 2 Kollegen auf einem Segelboot von Pertisau nach Seespitz am Weg. Durch eine Windböe kippte das Boot um. Trotz schneller Hilfe konnten nur seine beiden Kollegen gerettet werden. Statistik besagt, dass laut Matrikenbücher seit 1608 dies bereits der 54. Todesfall war, darunter allerdings auch 8 Selbstmörder.
