Alter: 27; Bahnbediensteter. Zechte mit 3 anderen Kollegen im GH Zum Lindenhof in Pradl. Danach ranggelten sie zum Spaß auf der Straße. Ein weiterer Mann (Johann Norer, 27 Jahre) kam hinzu. Dieser stach aber plötzlich zu und verletzte Opfer tödlich. Leugnete zuerst seine Tat, gab sie aber zum Schluss doch zu. In Innsbrucker Nachrichten (1.2.05, 5): Strafverfahren wurde eingestellt, da er volltrunken und daher unzurechnungsfähig war.
