Gerichtsverhandlung am 29.12.36 gegen die Hilfsarbeiterin Katharina Swidrak (23 Jahre) und gegen ihre Großmutter Katharina Thaler (76 Jahre) wegen Kindsmord. Hatte bereits ein außereheliches Kind. Bei der neuerlichen Schwangerschaft beschlossen beide, den Tod des neuen Kindes. Urteil: 3 Jahre schwerer Kerker für die Mutter, Großmutter?
