Alter: 0; Schwurgerichtsverhandlung gegen Berta Feichtinger (31 Jahre) am 15.5.1935 (!) Sie gestand am 15.8.1929 ihr neugeborenes Kind in der Brixentaler Ache ertränkt und die Leiche anschließend vergraben zu haben. War zu dieser Zeit Dienstmagd in Ampass. Hatte danach geheiratet und behauptete, dass ihr Kind in Pflege in Südtirol sei. Lüge konnte erst 1935 aufgedeckt werden. Urteil: Viele Milderungsgründe, 1 Jahr schwerer Kerker.
