Inventur nach Maria Schellhorn, Ehefrau des Müllermeisters Thomas Unterperger, Müller auf der Stöcklmühl in der Niderau. Namens des fünf Tage alten Kindes Maria wird Johann Wimer, Bauer zu Ungnaden, als Gerhab bestimmt. Bei der Inventur sind der Urbarschreiber Franz Nikolaus Spath und der Taxator Johann Steixner, Müllermeister auf der Flörl- oder Orthnermühl. Das Inventar wird mit 168 fl und die Liegenschaft, welche der Verstorbene von seinem Vater Stanislaus Schellhorn am 22. Mai 1770 geerbt hat, mit 700 fl bewertet.
