Appellation der Gemeinde Holzgau wegen der strittigen Verarchung gegen die Gemeinden am Hechenbach, Spilstuben und Langen. Dabei geht es um die unerlaubte Abholzung im sog. Schmidswaldele. Im Ersturteil wird den Klägern die Unterstützung bei der Verarchung zugesprochen, (vgl. Vorakten von 1764 f).
