Auf Klage und Anbringen der Gemeinde Stanzach unter den Ausschußleuten Christian Lechleitner und Christoph Winkler wird ihnen eine Pfandbewilligung erteilt, weil manche Leute sich in den Feldern innerhalb des Zaunes aufhalten und Schaden anrichten. Es wird daher durch Pfanddekret gestattet, ein ausgesetztes Pfandgeld von 12 kr je Stück einzuheben. Rösser bis zu zwei Jahren werden mit 18 kr und ältere mit 36 kr Pfand belegt. Zur Tilgung des Schadens soll das Geld in die Gemeindekassa gelegt werden. Dazu kommt noch die obrigkeitliche Bestrafung. Unterschrift: Johann Gaudenz von Rosst
