Die Rechtsvertretung von Piechlpach beantragt bei der Gerichtsobrigkeit Emberg, daß die Gegenparteien Lehn und Wengle wegen der vorgeschützten Beschwerden, welche sie schriftlich eingereicht haben, die notwendige Legitimation beibringen. Richter Ignaz von Rost teilt daraufhin in seiner Einbegleitung vom 21. Feber den Gemeindsleuten von Lehn und Wengle mit, daß sie bei AI Bichlbach Fortsetzung ihrer Klage eine ordentliche Vollmacht zur Legitimation vorlegen müßten.
