Alter: 7; Vater (63 Jahre) wollte sein neues Gewehr ausprobieren. Schickte seine Kinder ins Haus, übersah aber seinen jüngsten Sohn. Zielscheibe war vor einem Holzhaufen aufgestellt. Beim 1. Schuss hob Kind den Kopf und wurde tödlich getroffen. Gerichtsurteil in Innsbrucker Nachrichten 19.7.16, 16: Außerordentlicher Milderungsgrund, daher 8 Tage Arrest. Strafaufschub von 3 Monaten, da dringende Erntearbeiten.
