Alter: 26; Sohn der Postwirtin. Geriet mit Gottfried Pallhuber (22 Jahre), Bahnarbeiter in Wörgl, in Streit. Dieser stieß dem Opfer im stark alkoholisierten Zustand ein Messer in die Brust. Starb bald darauf. Täter wurde kurze Zeit später verhaftet. Stammte aus Niederdorf im Pustertal. Schwurgerichtsverhandlung in Innsbrucker Nachrichten 16.9.1911, 5: Totschlag von den Geschworenen bejaht, Überschreitung der Notwehr. Urteil: 4 Monate schwerer Arrest (!?).
