Alter: [unklar]; Bezirksrichter in Rattenberg. Benutzte in der Nacht die Geleisanlagen als Wegstrecke von Kastengstatt zum Bahnhof Wörgl. Auf einer Brücke über die Brixentaler Ache kam ihm ein Zug entgegen. Wollte ausweichen und stürzte in den Fluss. Wurde mehrere Tage vermisst. Seine Leiche wurde am 9.8. bei Rosenheim aus dem Inn geborgen und in Raubling beerdigt.
