Alter: 51; Wollte ein Fenster ihrer Wohnung schließen, als sie ausglitt und vom 3. Stockwerk in die Tiefe stürzte. Starb am Transport ins Krankenhaus. Später stellte sich heraus, dass der Hilfsarbeiter Rudolf Grußnig nach einem Streit die Frau aus dem Fenster gestoßen haben soll. Er wurde verhaftet. Schwurgerichtsverhandlung gegen Rudolf Gusnig am 2.9.1949 in Innsbruck. Gab zuerst seine Tat zu, widerrief allerdings später. Durch Indizienbeweise wurde der Täter allerdings verurteilt zu 15 Jahren schweren Kerkers.
