Gerichtsverhandlung gegen den Hilfsarbeiter Josef Kelmer (26 Jahre) aus Thaur am 29.12.36: Es gab eine Abschiedsfeier nach Fertigstellung eines Bahnbaues, die nach einem Gasthausbesuch ausartete. Wollte auf Notwehr plädieren. Urteil: 1,5 Jahre schwerer Kerker.
