Alter: 26; Wachmann, wollte einen Verdächtigen in der Altstadt anhalten, worauf dieser flüchtete. Bei der Verfolgung schoss dieser auf den Wachmann und verletzte ihn schwer. Starb bald darauf in der Innsbrucker Klinik. Große Trauerfeier in der Stadt und Überführung der Leiche nach Sillian.
