Alter: 43; Flugpilot, wohnhaft in Innsbruck. Wurde bei einem Flug von Innsbruck nach Zürich vermisst. Stürzte am Krottenkopf im Nebel ab. Wich nach Norden aus, um dem schlechten Wetter auszuweichen. War Major im Krieg, danach Zivilpilot. Versorgte Schutzhütten ab 1925 mit Proviant. Stürzte schon einmal 1926 am Berg ab, wurde aber damals von Skifahrern gerettet. Seine Leiche wurde in Innsbruck bestattet.
