Gerichtsverhandlung gegen den Leiter des Elektrizitätswerkes Kitzbühel Karl Bodenseer in Allgemeiner Tiroler Anzeiger 22.3.28, 11: Der Vorwurf war, dass die Leitungen zu nieder errichtet wurden, dazu immer höhere Spannungen. Die Verhandlung wurde vertagt und später überhaupt eingestellt.
