Alter: 21; Ging mit einem Kollegen als Wilderer auf die Hahnenbalz. Beim Alpeiköpfl (Obertarrenz) gab das Opfer das Gewehr dem Kollegen, der damit unglücklich hantierte. Schuss löste sich und traf dem Mitter in den Rücken. War sofort tot. Gerichtverhandlung in Allgemeiner Tiroler Anzeiger 30.8.26, 9: Urteil für Franz Baumann für fahrlässige Tötung und Wilddiebstahl: 2 Monate strenger Arrest. Berufung durch die Verteidigung.
