Alter: 32; War mit seiner Frau und einem Bekannten am Heimweg von einem Gasthaus in Arzl. Ihnen begegnete ein Karrnerfuhrwerk, von dem ein Hund das Opfer angriff. Daraufhin trat Hörtnagl nach dem Hund und wurde daraufhin vom Karrner attackiert. Aus Furcht sprang er daraufhin über das Geländer in den Inn. Wurde fortgetrieben und ertrank dabei. War Hilfsarbeiter aus Götzens.
