Die Gemeinde Imst unter Bürgermeister Johann Josef Posch, dem Archenbaumeister Stefan Wörz als Vertreter der Imster Au-Interessentschaft klagen Antlrä Koler von Imsterau, weil er bei der Innüberfahrt eigenmächtig Holz entnahm und die Arche beschädigte. Man einigt sich gütlich und Koler verpflichtet sich, das Holz der Interessentschaft zurückzustellen und dem Armenfonds I Gulden zu bezahlen.
