Falls Maria M. ohne Kinder stirbt, hat der Witwer das Wohnrecht mit Kost und Herberg, Krankenpflege, Kleidung und 30 Gulden Jahreslohr, für geleistete Arbeit. Sind Kinder vorhanden und stirbt Maria M., gilt Punkt 1) sinngemäß. Stirbt Josef und sind Kinder vorhanden, hat Maria M. kein Erbrecht. Stirbt Josef ohne Kinder, haben seine Geschwister zu erben und Maria M. erhält eine Abfertigung von 2400 Gulden
