Matthias Walch, Seilermeister zu Imst, verkauft seiner Tochter Judith Walch und ihrem Ehemann Josef Jais, Kleinuhrmacher zu Imst, die Hälfte von einer Behausung samt Stadel, Stall und Frühgarten. Diese Hälfte besaß vorher Jakob Deutschmann. Er hat sie am 13. Dez. 1789 an Walch verkauft. Der Kaufpreis beträgt 750 Gulden wovon 600 Gulden den Käufern als Heiratsgut nachgelassen werden.
