1 Kaiser Franz II. bestätigt der Stadt Hall alle ihre alten Privilegien und Freiheiten, wie sie letztmalig Kaiser Josef II. im Jahre 1782 bestätigt hat, insbesondere die 1697 und 1730 festgelegte Abgrenzung der Jurisdiktion gegenüber dem Salzamt. Dies geschieht vor allem im Hinblick auf die Verdienste der Stadt im Krieg des Jahres 1703.
