Maria Rainer zu Lautterpach, vertreten durch ihren Ehemann Simon Pleyer, verkauft dem Matthäus Peyhamber und seiner Ehefrau Ursula geborene Peuntner (Beistand: Josef Wurzrainer, Gastgeber zu Hof) ihre Fuxbehausung, welche sie am 13. Mai 1720 an sich gebracht hat. Dazu gehört das anstoßende Gartl unterm Rain am Kirchberg und eine halbe Badstube.
