1724 wird zwischen der Bürgerschaft und dem Bodenhof vereinbart, daß das Spitzaxl Eigentum des Bodenhof ist. 1766 vereinbart Bürgermeister Moile mit dem Bodenhof, daß die Bürgerschaft den Partschal(l)zaun unentgeltlich herzustellen und zu erhalten hat. Dafür darf der Bodenhof nicht früher als die Gemeinde Imst auf die Partschal(l) fahren.
