Georg Falger, Stadt- und Landrichter, publiziert die Gubemialentscheidung im Lohnstreit zwischen den sechs Viertlern und den Geyschneidem, wobei man sich auf die Laxordnung von 1646 bezieht. Es wird zur Recht erkannt, dass die Erstinstanz übel geurteilt habe. Daher ist der Abschied dahin zu reformieren, dass die Geyschneider berechtigt sind, sowohl nach dem Taglohn als auch stückweise zu arbeiten.
