Der o.ö. Geheime Rat legt für die Stadt Kizpichl auf Basis des Vergleichs vom 24. Feber 1696 die Ausgleichszahlungen für die seit 1682 aufgewendeten Kosten an die Viertier mit 757 Gulden 3 kr fest. Künftig aber sollen von der Stadt bei ähnlichen Fällen 340 Gulden entrichtet werden.
