Jakob Sehgrafer und seine Gattin Christina Wunder sind so verschuldet, daß sie ihren Hof, Toidengut genannt, der noch dazu von einer Lawine schwer beschädigt wurde, ihrem Schwager übergeborenen wollen, damit der Hof nicht in fremde Hände kommt. Dies wird dem Bevollmächtigten des Spitals von Hall Franz Waidmann mitgeteilt, damit er als Vertreter des Grundherrn dazu seine Zustimmung gibt.
