Der verstorbene Balthasar Staudacher, Bürger meister von Hall, hat in seinem Testament eine Stiftung für die Nikolauskirche gemacht: Es soll jährlich nach dem Nikolaustag eine Seelenmesse gelesen werden und die zwei beim Kreuzaltar hängenden Engel besser beleuchtet werden. Dafür stiftet er 130 Gulden.
