Bürgermeister und Rat der Stadt Hall bestätigen dem Jakob Saurwein, Salzfaktor, daß Christof Messerschmidt, Münzamtskassier und Wardein, um 1400 Gulden von Christina Hämerl, vertreten durch Wilhelm Tengg d.Ä„, Bürger von Hall, deren Haus in der Oberstadt in der Herrengasse ( = Wallpachgasse 3) gekauft hat. Die Stadt als Vertreter der Nikolauskirche stellte darüber den grundherrlichen Konsens aus.
