Bericht der Stadt Hall als Vertreter der Waldaufstiftung, warum Bartholomeus Jäger, Rotgerber von Axams, nicht als neuer Bestandsmann des halben Adlshofes angenommen wurde. Schon im Bericht vom 29. Dezember 1616 wurde hingewiesen, daß die Formalitäten nicht eingehalten wurden. Wenn Jäger diese einhält, steht einer grundherrlichen Verleihung nichts im Wege.
