Stellungnahme der Stadt Hall bezüg lich des Adishofes in Axams (vgl. Urk. Nr. 865): Hans Singer hat 1598 von Ulrich Cuprian um 694 Gulden den Hof gekauft. 1614 wurde der Hof wegen Überschuldung dem Gericht Axams cetiert und Barthoiomeus Jäger hat ihn um 895 Gulden gekauft. Als Jäger 1616 vor dem Stadtschreiber in Hall diese Veränderung bekanntgeborenen wollte, wurde er aufmerksam gemacht, daß das Gericht Axams dafür nicht zuständig gewesen wäre, sondern die Grundherrschaft, also die Stadt Hall als Vertreter der Waidaufstiftung.
