Rechtfertigung des Hans Marckhart von Hagnach in Mais bezüglich der Klagen des Hans Waidmtinn. Amtmann des Spitals von Hall in Meran. Unter anderem werde ihm vorgeworfen, er hatte eine Tagmahd Wiese widerrechtlich verkauft, tatsächlich habe er sie nur auf zwei Jahre gegen ein Darlehen von 200 Gulden verpachtet. Bezüglich des Zinsrückstandes ist festzustellen, daß ein Jahr nach dem Erwerb des Hofes ein Rebstocksterben geherrscht hatt, weshalb er die 5 Yhren Most nicht zinsen konnte. Waidmarin hat ihm deshalb 25 Gulden verrechnet.
