Michael Schleindl, genannt Zinggl, Stadtrichter von Hall, bestätigt, daß Michael Kapser, Bürger und Rotgerbermeister von Hall, soviel Schulden angehäuft hat, daß er mit Urkunde vom 15. September 1608 auf sein ganzes Vermögen verzichtet hat. Auf 20. Jänner 1609 wird in der Gerichtsstube im Rathaus um 8 Uhr morgens eine Tagsatzung für die Gläubiger angesetzt. Zwischenzeitlich wird Hans Wörndle, Bürger und Zinseinnehmer der Gotteshäuser in Hall, zum Vermögensverwalter bestellt.
