Jakob Saurwein, Landrichter von Sonnenburg, bestätigt, daß Alexander Saurwein zu Allerheiligen in Hötting ein Gut gekauft hat, wofür der Grundherr nun Auf- und Abzuggeld fordert. Da dies in Hötting nicht üblich ist, braucht Saurwein laut Tiroler Landesordnung 6. Titel 5. Buch nichts bezahlen (vergleiche Urkunde Nr. 588 von 1562 XII 6).;
