Herzog Leopold IV. von ÖsterreIch verleiht der Stadt Hall zur Belohnung für ihre Treue sein Haus mit dem Turm zu Hall, welches sie zu einem Rathaus ausbauen sollen und welches bisher das 'Königshaus' genannt wurde. Außerdem darf die Stadt von den großen Weinfässern einen Zoll einnehmen, wie er auch bei anderen Zollstätten üblich ist.;
